Facili-Pro is a premium janitorial service provider which was founded by Jay, in 2018 with amission to provide quality service to commercial businesses alike throughout SouthernCalifornia. Finding reliable and quality janitorial services tends to be a constant pain-pointfor many businesses which sets us apart. Client satisfaction is our top priority and with theaverage client utilizing our services 3 days per week, we become a part of your family andtherefore, must maintain a dependable relationship! Jay initially formed Facili-Pro to helpcreate additional income for he and his family. Having worked in customer service, humanresources and management throughout his career, he was ready to take on a new role andfulfill his dreams of starting a small business that would one day allow him the successnecessary to provide for his two children. With a background in customer service andhaving worked for Fotune 500 companies, he understands the importance of alwaysputting the client first and ensuring open communication between all parties to build alasting relationship.
Our Team
Today, Jay has built Facili-Pro from the ground up with clients ranging from AutoDealerships, Educational Centers, Healthcare Facilities, Fitness Facilities, HOA / PropertyManagement groups, Commercial / Retail Plazas as well as providing Day Porters andApartment Maintenance Technicians to 300+ plus unit complexes.
